Cora Elizabeth DeGress was a hardworking woman who had achieved much success in life and had recently retired to live with her daughters. Her greatest joy was in spending time with her family and gathering them all together to enjoy her wonderful food creations. She was a gifted artist working with flowers and decorations. She was a lovely lady with a great heart.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cora Galvan, and her brothers, Pablo Camacho and Sergio Arturo Camacho.

She is survived by her siblings, Maria Elena DeGress, Mario Camacho and Luis Camacho; her greatest treasures, her children: Lizzeta (Oneyda Casanova) Galvan, Ilse Vijil and Gerardo (Norma Galvan Polanco) Galvan; her grandchildren, Lizzet Lopez, Edward (Ilda) Galvan, Dominique Doss, Mary Doss, Jake Doss, Alan Couoh, Andrew Dzib, Shania Macias, Luis Gerardo Galvan and Alison Galvan; and her great-grandchildren, Kai Galvan, Kivh Galvan, Aliana Couoh, Alessandra Couoh and Ariana Couoh.

She is also survived by her SGI-USA Buddhist Communities in Austin, Texas, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Port Huron, Michigan, Houston, Texas, Marshfield, Wisconsin and The Detroit/West Wayne, Michigan Area.
