Lynne Harris

This has been a particularly difficult time for me after the loss of my mom last year and now my aunt this year. One message that they both emphasized with me is that once you have your education, no one can take it away. I will always remember how much my aunt encouraged me to pursue my academic endeavors. She was instrumental in “teaching” me so much. When I lived with her as a child, she enrolled me in every activity possible! From tennis to bowling to swimming to dance to softball, she made sure I was exposed to endless opportunities. Whether it was trips to museums, historical landmarks, or the zoo, she made every experience an opportunity to learn. Then, she embraced my children with the same love and desire to teach them the importance of education. I thank her for all she’s done for me. She loved her family in a very special way. I pray she Rests In Peace. With loving memories... Lynne

Remembering Our Beloved Aunt Anne,

David & Twanda Ridley would like to share our deepest condolences to The Lee Family. Our aunt Anne was a beautiful and caring person who instilled the importance of education to my sister and I and always encouraged us to do our best. I remember our aunt Anne helping to support her sister, Mary Dean (our mom) and her two young children when needed. Our aunt Anne was always willing to step in when there was a need.

Granville, thank you for bringing our aunt Anne to Maryland a few years ago and giving us lasting memories.

With Sympathy,

David and Twanda Ridley
