James, age 80, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 and was born on March 3, 1940 in Ann Arbor, Michigan to Ruth and Clifford Rushton.

He began his career with the City of Ann Arbor in 1960 and retired as the Ann Arbor City Assessor in 1996.
