Margaret “Peggy” Minnie Brown age 98, of Ypsilanti, Michigan passed away Thursday, September 10, 2020 surrounded by her family. Peggy was born on July 11, 1922 in London, England to the late Robert and Lucy (Hardy) McIntyre. While living in London, England she met her husband Samuel Brown during World War II and they were married on June 4, 1945 and he preceded her in death in 2018. Survived by her children Margaret, Linda, Samuel (Linda), Steve (Alma) and Wendy (James). Also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also preceded in death by her brothers George and Robin, sister Lucy and son-in-law’s Wayne and Chris. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday, September 15, 2020 at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, 10585 Hamburg Road, Hamburg, MI 48139 where you may visit with the family from 10:00 am until time of service. Interment will take place following the service at Hamburg Cemetery, Hamburg, MI. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Michigan, 25200 Telegraph Rd #100, Southfield, MI 48033 in Peggy's name.
