Marguerite Bonner age 92, of Ann Arbor, Michigan passed away Friday, December 11, 2020 at Superior Woods Healthcare Center in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Marguerite was born on Tuesday, November 20, 1928 to the late Walter Marks and Minnie Lee Robertson in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Marguerite was Loving, Caring, and had a Heart of Gold. She will be cherished by all that knew her and Loved Her. Survived by her Immediate Family which also includes her Church Family from Bethel AME. Marguerite was a nurse assistant for many years at St. Joseph Hospital in Ann Arbor before retiring. Marguerite was also preceded in death by her son Robert Jackson. A Homegoing service will be celebrated on 11:00 am Friday, December 18, 2020 at Nie Family Funeral Home, 2400 Carpenter Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48108 with Reverend Mashod Evans officiating. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am until time of service at the funeral home. Interment to follow immediately after the service where we will meet at United Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 4800 Curtis Road, Plymouth, Michigan 48170. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family so that they may make a donation to a charity that was dear to Marguerite.
