Obituary for Ray Carleton Figgins
Ray Carleton Figgins, age 77 passed away in his home in Ann Arbor, MI. He was born August 25, 1942 in Blackfork, OH, to the late Earl W Figgins and Margaret Cofer Figgins.
Ray graduated as Valedictorian from Decatur Washington High School
in Blackfork, OH. He attended Rio Grande College, Ohio University and was a veteran of the US Air Force serving during the Vietnam War. He retired from Eaton/GT Products, Ann Arbor MI.
Ray is survived by two sons, Michael Figgins of Ann Arbor, MI, Mark Figgins of Louisville, KY; grandson Andrew Claflin of Ypsilanti, MI; six siblings, Wyman(Pam) Figgins, Darrell (Cindi) Figgins, Anita
(Clarence) McNeal, Vera (Tony) Williams, Maxine Figgins, Sara Figgins; nephews, Brandon McNeal, Justin Figgins, Jonthomas Williams; niece Kyra Williams.
In addition to his parents, Ray was proceeded in death by Diana Gettig Figgins, grandparents; Lester and Mina Watson Figgins, Elmer and Almeda Moore Cofer.
