Scott Eric Andrews, age 54, of Belleville, Michigan unexpectedly passed away on Thursday, July 30, 2020.
Scott was born on December 31, 1966 in La Grange County, Indiana to Stanley and Patty Andrews and raised in the Ann Arbor area with his brother, Theodore. He worked for Lotus Gardenscapes of Dexter, Michigan for 18 years where he enjoyed using his artistic eye to design unique outdoor landscaping features. He found peace in being outdoors in nature and working with the earth. He loved photography and was always listening to music. Throughout the years, he enjoyed caring for his saltwater fish tanks, camping, and being on the water while canoeing.
Scott was one of the most understanding, laid back, and grounded people that his family and friends knew. He was devoted and dedicated to his spouse Wendy, with whom he finally found happiness. Scott was honored to be a part of Wendy’s family- he fiercely loved her children as his own and was proud to be called “papa” by two little grandsons.
He is survived by his loving wife of almost 14 years, Wendy L. Cutcher; his step-children, Scott Cutcher, Ashley Bryk, and Kristine (Michael) Gee; grandchildren, Jacob Bryk and Colton Gee; his mother, Patty (Melonie) Andrews; and his brother, Theodore Andrews. He will also be missed by his father-in-law, Theodore (Flo) Cutcher and his brother-in-law’s, Daniel (Carol) Cutcher, Ronald (Toni) Cutcher, and Mavrick Cutcher.
Private cremation services have taken place.
